About yoga therapy
Yoga therapy is a customized yoga practice designed for people facing various health issues. Its main goal is to support health and well-being on all levels – physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. It combines a wide range of practices that include body postures (asanas), breathing techniques, deep relaxation and meditation.
Yoga therapy is suitable for everyone. It is especially effective for those dealing with chronic pain, stress, anxiety, insomnia, cardiovascular disease, multiple sclerosis (MS), fibromyalgia, cancer and similar conditions. It is also an excellent support for recovery from injuries or surgeries.
Regardless of your age or physical abilities – even if you are confined to bed – yoga therapy is flexible and accessible to everyone.

Client testimonials

Tina, 37:
I have been dealing with cervical spine problems for several years, but with a combination of yoga therapy and functional training, Maša has found a way that allows me to live a better quality of life without pain. Maša is an extremely good and attentive therapist who always listens to my well-being and adapts the training to my needs on a daily basis. Her care and professionalism give me a sense of security and trust, because I know that I am in the best hands.
The therapy is intended to relieve tension headaches, problems with cervical spine herniation, disc protrusion, and joint hyperextension.

Natasha, 49:
A breast cancer diagnosis turns life/death upside down. And that is one of Maša's goals: to put your head in (new) order. Maša's approach is what every patient craves: personalized, empathetic, clear and effective. Swollen right upper arm, joints, neuropathy in the fingers are just some of the physical manifestations of this disease that Maša's yoga therapy gently but effectively relieves. For cancer patients, the most important part of the therapy is the emotional part, as Maša, with her in-depth knowledge, compassion and mischievous love of life, brings you back to yourself. Maša sees you.
Supportive therapy while receiving immunotherapy and chemotherapy, exercises to reduce arm lymphedema, and an emphasis on reconnecting with the body.

Darko, 78:
After a broken vertebra and difficulty walking, I was afraid that my leg would no longer hold me up well, as I was constantly afraid of falling. With the help of yoga therapy, my leg muscles have strengthened, I have gained more confidence, and I can now walk more and more without a walker. My posture has noticeably improved, and the exercises have also reduced the pain in my shoulder. I really like that Maša shows me all the exercises and works with me; I always decide for myself when I have had enough, but at the same time she encourages and motivates me. I am very happy with the progress!
Difficulty walking and a feeling of weakness in the right leg after a fracture of the L1 vertebra, stenosis in the lower spine, pain in the left shoulder girdle.

Alexandra, 47:
I have been struggling with symptoms of IBS and hiatus hernia for years, which have greatly affected my daily life. With Maša's help, I have found customized exercises that really help me manage these problems. Her somatic practices and manual techniques, which I can also do at home, have brought me great relief and better balance in my body. I am learning to listen to my body and recognize its signals. Maša always listens carefully to my specific needs and adjusts the exercises according to my daily well-being.
Supportive therapy in relieving symptoms of IBS (irritable bowel syndrome), hiatus hernia, and support in relieving symptoms of chronic depression.
About me
I began my yoga journey 15 years ago. Since then, yoga has completely changed the course of my life. When I was facing a personal crisis and the question of my true identity, it directed me on a journey within myself. This led me from the purely physical aspect of yoga to a holistic one that encompasses the physical, emotional and mental dimensions.
Years of personal therapeutic treatment have led me to a deeper understanding of the body as a container for all that is unspoken and unfelt, which often leads to the development of unexplained chronic pain and autoimmune and psychosomatic diseases.
By integrating yoga therapy and somatic studies, I explore paths to empowering the body and mind through movement, breath, and self-acceptance.
My work is based on a combination of yoga, psychology, basic medicine, scientific studies, and somatics, which allows me to take a holistic approach to treating each individual.

Let's work together
Yoga therapy takes place in several steps:
Preliminary phone or online consultation: Before the first official session, I offer a free 30-minute phone or online consultation where I answer all your questions and together we determine if yoga therapy is the right fit for you.
First session: Together, we complete a detailed questionnaire that helps me gain a comprehensive understanding of your lifestyle, past issues, medical history and other important aspects of your health.
Body and breath awareness: In the second session, we assess your current physical condition and breathing patterns to better understand which areas need the most attention, such as mobility, balance, breathing efficiency and posture.
Personalized therapeutic plan: Based on the first two sessions, I create a therapeutic plan that includes yoga postures, breathing techniques, relaxation, and meditation, all tailored to your specific needs.
Therapy implementation: In the following sessions we work together on personalized exercises, where I support and encourage you to progress at your own pace.
Monitoring and support: I regularly monitor your progress and adjust the therapeutic plan to ensure lasting results while providing support for integrating these practices into your daily life.
